If soccer is not your sport of choice, no need to panic- Berlin is hosting the Beach Volley Swatch FIVB volley ball tournament! If I understand correctly, this tournament is being held in many different cities around the world, and is here in Berlin until the 15th of June! The parking lot behind the Hauptbahnhof has been transformed into volley ball courts (is that the correct word?!?!), with sand and all! People in Berlin, I have noticed, are big fans of beach volley ball. You can play volley ball on sand in many areas in the city- the courts are always full. It's a fun game to watch, and the tournament is free!
